Duplex apartment building designed for a corner lot with maximum privacy for both sides! Each side has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with spacious living/kitchen areas for the square footage! Carport on each side extends living area to outdoors. Basic plan comes with slab-on-grade foundation, stucco exterior walls and hip/gable roof.

Structure is 81'-0" wide and 33'-0" deep, but can be placed on lot with 33'-0" side facing main street.

Study Set Price: $125
