We bring a
tall director's chair(s), makeup kit as
well as all make-up, glitter supplies
needed.
The only
thing we require from you is: an area at
least (one artist: 6' x 4') (two artists:
8' x 4') indoors in extremely hot/humid
or cold weather or a cool, shady spot
outdoors the rest of the year, to set up
for painting, adequate lighting, and a
restroom if we're painting for longer
than 4 hours.
We usually
dress casually with a colorful apron and
jeans or shorts. Please let us know if
you need us to dress more formally or in
costume. There may be an extra fee for
costume, depending upon if we have it in
stock.
We do not
charge for drive time (unless it is
beyond the 30-mile limit--see
below), set-up time, or clean-up time--
we ONLY charge for the time we are
actually painting and glittering.
Mileage
Fees: Our base of operations
is Bella Vista, AR (Team One) and
Picayune, MS (Team Two). We will travel
up to 30 miles from our
home base with no
mileage charges. However, due to high gas
prices we have to add a $1 per mile
charge for areas beyond that. For
example, Mobile, AL is 120 miles from
Picayune, so the mileage charge would be
$90 (120-30 = 90). Mileage charges are
due at time of party. If we travel more
than 150 miles from Bella Vista or
Picayune for event, a $100 fee will also
be added for motel expenses, since we
would have to stay overnight.
Photos may
be taken for website/promotional
purposes. Please let us know if you
prefer us not to take photos and we will
gladly comply. You are free to take as
many of your own photos/ videos as you
like.
We are
fully insured- we carry Entertainers and
Perfomers General Liability insurance.
