As soon as the construction documents are completed and placed into our searchable database,
they will convert to our normal pricing schedule.

If you'd like to purchase one of these plans with modifications,
just send us an email and let us know which one and what changes you'd like.
We'll let you know if they're possible and estimate how long they'll take.
You then pay the base cost for the pdf file.
As soon as we have the design changes completed, we'll send you an email with the floor plan
and front elevation to approve before we complete the drawings.

All of these plans have been designed to the 2006 International Residential Building Code (IRC) and 120 mph wind codes.

You are free to have as many sets printed as you like, we just ask that you do not resell or give away the file.

Please allow at least two weeks from time of online payment to receive your file, as we will
have to draft all of the construction documents for the plan, along with any changes you request.
