as well as ADA toilet, sink and closets with 48" high rods.

It has 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths with 10'-0" ceilings throughout.

The house is 48'-11" wide (with brick ledge) and 42'-11" deep (including 6'-0" front porch).

Gable shingled roof with a main roof pitch of 8:12.

Brick veneer with hardiplank siding.
