When you make payment,
send us the email address you'd like us to send
the file to.
When you receive the PDF file, you can then email
it on to your local printing service (such as
Kinko's) and have the plans printed.
All of these plans have
been designed to the 2006 International
Residential Building Code (IRC) and 120 mph wind
codes.
You are free to have as
many sets printed as you like,
we just ask that you do not resell or give away
the file.
These files are copyrighted intellectual property
and subject to copyright infringement laws.
If you need modifications
to any of these plans, please let us know exactly
what you'd like modified and
we can give you an estimate of how long the
changes will take.
Our regular fee is $50 per hour. Most
modifications can be done within 8-10 hours.
Please remember that you will ONLY receive a PDF
file of the finished plans-
no printed plans come with these special sale
prices.
Payments can be made
online by a major credit card
or a check or checking account withdrawal through
Paypal.
Please allow up to 3
business days from time of online payment to
receive your file.
