ends at 11:59 PM (CT) 5/1/09, by which
time all entries must be received.

To submit the entry: Fill out entry form in its
entirety. Forms not filled in entirely
will be thrown out. You may submit one
entry per day, per household. Extra
entries on any given day will be thrown
out. Sponsor or any Internet access
providers are not responsible for
technical malfunctions, interruption,
inability to access web site or for late,
lost, misdirected, mutilated, stolen,
incomplete, illegible requests, entries
or mail. Entry forms become property of
Sponsor and will not be shared with any
third party. Your email address and
personal information is kept solely to
our site for reasons of contest purposes
or information regarding our site.
Details: No mechanically
reproduced, illegible, incoherent,
unusable, or incomplete entries will be
accepted. Sponsor not responsible for
typographical errors. Entries not
complying with all rules are subject to
disqualification. By entering, entrants
agree that they have no right to bring
(and covenant not to bring) any claim,
action, or proceeding of any kind or
nature whatsoever against Sponsor or
Promoter or either of their affiliated
companies, subsidiaries, agents,
employees, or shareholders in connection
with this contest. Entrants grant the
Sponsor right to use entrants' names,
images, as well as entrants' entries for
advertising, publicity and promotion
purposes including without limitation
online announcements without additional
compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Entrants may be required to sign an
Affidavit of Eligibility and
Publicity/Liability release within 10
days of issuance of notification attempt
or prize will be awarded to alternate
winner. Entrants shall not receive any
compensation or credit for use of
entries, other than that disclosed in
rules. Any attempt by any individual to
deliberately damage any web site or
undermine the legitimate operation of the
contest is a violation of criminal and
civil laws and should such an attempt be
made, the Sponsor reserves the right to
seek damages and other remedies from any
such person to the fullest extent

normal modifications pricing up to the
prize amount, including cost of base

chosen to receive their choice of any
stock plan from our Stock Plan

website. Winner will be emailed plan of
choice as a PDF file attachment and it
will be at winner's discretion whether or
not to have plans printed at his/her own
expense locally. Weekly Prize Winners
will be chosen randomly from all active
and confirmed newsletter subscribers. All
newsletter subscribers receive a free
house plan and framing drawing package
worth $1,675 for signing up.

Prizes are not
transferable and no cash substitutions
will be allowed. Taxes are the sole
responsibility of the winner and must be
reported to your state revenue/tax
department. Vaughan's Home Design LLC is
not responsible for any prizes not
delivered as stated or for any prize
substitutes due to unavailability and
such. Grand Prize to be issued in the
form of a credit certificate and other
prizes to be delivered as email
attachments (.pdf file). Vaughan's Home
Design LLC not responsible for prizes
that cannot be downloaded. Grand Prize
certificate must be used within one year
of close of contest (May 1, 2010).
Eligibility &
Conditions: The following persons are
not eligible: individuals involved
professional basis and employees of
Sponsor and Promoter, their subsidiaries,
affiliates, and agents; judges; and the
immediate family members living in their
household of each of the foregoing may
not enter. Contest void in Puerto Rico,
Hawaii, Alaska and where prohibited or
restricted by law. All federal, state and
local laws apply. Taxes, if any, are
responsibility of the individual winner.
Entrants agree that Sponsor, Promoter and
each of their respective subsidiary and
affiliated companies, agents and all of
their employees, assume no liability for
damages, losses or injuries resulting
from participation in this contest,
acceptance or use of any prize, or
arising out of Sponsor's use of any
entry.
Internet: If for any reason
this contest is not capable of running as
planned due to infection by computer
virus, tampering, unauthorized
intervention, fraud, technical failures,
or any other causes beyond the control of
the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the
administration, security, fairness,
integrity or proper conduct of this
contest, the Sponsor reserves the right
at its sole discretion, to disqualify any
individual who tampers with the entry
process, and to cancel, terminate, modify
or suspend the contest. Sponsor assumes
no responsibility for any error,
omission, interruption, deletion, defect,
delay in operation or transmission,
communications line failure, theft or
destruction or unauthorized access to, or
alteration of, entries. The Sponsor is
not responsible for any problems or
technical malfunction of any telephone
network or telephone lines, computer
on-line systems, servers, or providers,
computer equipment, software, failure of
any e-mail or entry to be received by
Sponsor on account of technical problems,
human error or traffic congestion on the
Internet or at any Website, or any
combination thereof, including any injury
or damage to participant's or any other
person's computer relating to or
resulting from participation in this
contest or downloading any materials in
this contest. CAUTION: Any attempt to
deliberately damage any website or change
the legitimate operation of the contest
is a violation of criminal and civil law
and sponsor reserves the right to seek
damages or other remedies from any such
person or group responsible for the
attempt to the fullest extent permitted
by law. In the event of a dispute as to
the identity of a winner based on an
e-mail address, the winning entry will be
declared made by the authorized account
holder of the e-mail address submitted at
time of entry. "Authorized account
holder" is defined as the natural
person who is assigned to an e-mail
address by an Internet access provider,
on-line service provider or other
organization (e.g., business,
educational, institution, etc.) that is
responsible for assigning e-mail
addresses for the domain associated with
the submitted e-mail address.
Winners: Grand Prize
Winner will be chosen randomly from
all website entries and notified by email
no later than 7 days
after close of contest. Winner has maximum
7 days to email us back with
confirmation of winning. If winner does
not reply back via email within specified
time, they forfeit prize
and an alternate, random winner will be
drawn. Same rules hold in case of a
random, alternate winner but only one
alternate winner will be chosen. If
alternate winner does not respond, they
forfeit prize and no alternate winner
will be drawn after that. Winner must
allow 2 weeks from email
confirmation to receive prize
certificate, which can then be
used as credit towards any stock plan on
website with modifications service. Prize
must be used within 1 (one) year
from end of contest (May 1, 2010) or
forfeit. Grand Prize Winner will be
announced on website and newsletter,
along with prize they chose. Modified
design may be posted on website and in
newsletter, at Sponsor's discretion.
Weekly Prize Winners
will be chosen randomly from all

after each weekly drawing. Winners have
maximum 7 days to email us back with
confirmation of winning. If winner does

Drawing Board sections of
website, and prize will be emailed to
winner no later than thirty (30)
days after selection. Weekly
winners will be announced on website as
well as in newsletter, along with the
prize they chose.
Second Chance Drawing:
All weekly prizes which are not claimed
will be entered into a second chance
drawing at the conclusion of sweepstakes
and alternate winners will be drawn from
all active newsletter subscribers.
By accepting prize, the
winners give permission to Vaughan's Home
Design LLC and sponsors of this
sweepstakes the right to use their name,
image, likeness and the plan they chose
with its images and information on our
website and newsletter to announce
winners or as stated above in Details
paragraph.
